About Our Postage Stamps For Auctions & BIN Listings:
I am NOT an expert on these stamps whether used for shipping or for sales, and it is up to the buyer to determine values in each stamp auction BEFORE BIDDING.
I will do my best to describe what I see, and may use stamp tools such as perf meters (perforation gauge) or stamp software programs and industry catalogues to help determine their values as best I can, but am in no way an expert and cannot authenticate their true value. ALL SALES ARE FINAL-PERIOD. You bid the price, not me.
I have only older catalogs and stamp software, so their values listed will probably be much lower than the current market value is. Stamp sales are only a sideline/byproduct of my normal sales, and are intended mainly to help save some of the more rarer stamps for collectors and enthusiasts.
Auctions will start at the lower end of their particular values, while Store/BIN sales will be a set price. In order to keep calculations fast and simple, each stamp will include free shipping & handling. There will be no discounts for multiple orders. The prices bid are to be the prices paid. Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is optional.
Most pictures shown will be a standard stock photo due to the time involved of scanning so many different stamps, especially where lower values are concerned.
As a baseline, most stamps that I have up for auction or BIN listings will have a Scott Catalogue Value (SCV) of at least $5.00 due to the high costs of eBaying.
If you are looking for a particular stamp that is of lower value than that, email me using the "Ask Seller A Question" link and I'll check to see if I have it for you. Tell me the stamp denomination and Scott Number, color, etc. to make it easier for me to find.
See the list of Scott Numbers below that I have on hand for you to include with your other orders and I will list them as quickly as possible for you. The list will be updated as often as possible when time allows. If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask!
If I've found a stamp to be worth at least $20.00 SCV then I will make efforts to scan it in order to post an actual picture of the item. See each individual auction ad description to be certain though.
You may get lucky, or I may get lucky. Basically, it's all up to you, the bidder, to determine what each stamps value is to you.
Information I will try to provide in each stamp auction as follows:
