Although
we value all potential customers, we do not currently
take orders or deliver outside of the 48 contiguous
United States.
At this time, we only allow for purchases using
a major credit/debit card with valid United States
SHIPPING and BILLING address. back

What does remanufactured mean?
This
term is used to describe an item that has been repaired
or restored back to factory specification and proper
operating condition, by us, the manufacturer.
We back the quality of these products 100%. They come with the same accessories and warranty as if they
were brand new, unless otherwise stated, but may have
minor scratches or other imperfections in their appearance.

Department by writing to Parts@harman.com/text or by calling 1-800-336-4JBL (Monday thru Friday
/ 10am - 5pm eastern time) and then follow the prompts for
PARTS. They should be
able to help you with pricing and availability.

When returning an item, how long will it take for the
credit to show on my credit card?
Once
your unit has been received at the warehouse, it is inspected for
all items and accessories, which could take 48 hours.
After the warehouse has verified the receipt of the unit
your request for refund/exchange is sent to the credit department
for a refund to your credit card.
This may take 7 - 10 business days.
The actual posting to your credit card account will be
dependant upon your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
