We also ship via UPS & FEDEX at your request, a faster, but slightly more expensive service. All items guaranteed authentic and as described for life to the original purchaser. If you read pour description, we have a 10 day shipping window. This is not my full time avocation and when you ordered the item, I was on the other side of the country on a business trip. The Letter was delivered very fast. And why not. It was Priority Mail. Item was as described, somewhat well packed...the package could have been more rigid as it was apparently folded when in the hands of the USPO.
