Payment

PayPal (preferred), Personal Check, Business Check, Money Order, Credit Card: Discover, Master Card, Visa, Amex. Payment must be made within 7 days of end of auction or we will file an unpaid item report to eBay.

Fees

6% Sales tax in Pennsylvania
All Handling fees are included in shipping charges
*excludes additionally requested services such as inside delivery.

Shipping

We ship to the Continental U.S. only. We will ship using UPS Ground, USPS, RL Carriers and UPS Freight. Shipping method depends on item purchased and company used will be at our discretion. Smaller items (under 100 lbs.) will be shipped via UPS or USPS and may be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Porto Rico upon request for an additional fee. Large items (over 100 lbs.) will ship R&L Carriers or UPS Freight. Shipping charges vary depending on item.

Delivery

We typically ship items in 2-4 Business days, many times within 24 hours. In the rare occurrence that our suppliers is out of stock on an item, we will ship as soon as the item is available. If shipping will take longer than a week, we will notify you of the delay. We Ship Monday - Friday

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will be granted if item is significantly not as described or damaged upon arrival. Refunds must be requested within 3 days of receipt of item. We must be notified prior to sending item back and may need to issue you an RMA number. Item must be unused and be in original package. All items over 100 lbs. must be refused at delivery for a replacement to be sent free of charge. All items over 100 lbs. that are returned otherwise will require the buyer to pay round trip shipping. Round trip shipping will be deducted from store credit amount only. Store credit or a replacement only for itmes over 100 lbs. - No Refunds.
