We are happy to offer a $3.50 per item shipping discount for each item ordered after the first item.  All items must be paid for at the same time to receive discount.

Store ship-to locations   We ship World Wide at the rates published on each item's sale page.  These items are large and heavy and we ship Express Mail International exclusively so be sure to check the rates prior to purchase.  Often the cost of shipping is equal to or greater than the cost of the item. 
Shipping & Handling   Buyer Pays Shipping related costs.  Buyers from outside the United States are responsible for and must pay all of their home country's import duties and these fees, if any, are in addition to shipping charges and must be paid directly to your customs agencies.

Customer service & return policy   Your satisfaction with this Haunted Studios item is unconditionally guaranteed. If within thirty days of purchase you are unsatisfied with your item - for any reason - email us via the eBay contact seller system for a Return Authorization Number and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund, in full, your original purchase price and original shipping, handling, and insurance cost. Return must be sent by pre-paid USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.  All returns must be insured for the full amount of original purchase.
