We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damage package if no shipping insurance has been purchased during checkout. Shipments returned to us due to wrong or undeliverable address are subject to additional shipping charge before a reshipment is issued.
If you refuse a shipment no refund will be issued and no reshipment will be made without additional shipping charge.
