All recent orders up until 5/9/2017 9pm Hawaii time will be shipped before our departure!
All recent custom-made to order Hawaiian Heirloom designs, will be shipped before our departure, if created, or will be shipped promptly after we return due to currently being created!
If you have a pending return for exchange request, and only if we have not yet received your return, we ask for your patience and understanding and we will promptly resolve your exchange upon returning from our holiday.
If you have any concerns or issues with your recent order, we humbly apologize as we will not be able to resolve your issue quickly during our absence, but please know we will resolve your concerns promptly after our return. We tout ourselves on our customer service and we support all issues and concerns when our customer’s communicate such matters that allow us to resolve for them. So, although our absence may be a concern to you or resolving your issue will be unintentionally delayed due to being away, we will honestly take care of your needs upon our return.
During our absence, we will have limited to no communications on eBay, hence setting up auto-reply emails to your eBay messages. We might be able to occasionally monitor and/or sign onto eBay, but again, this is personal time while we reflect on our 32 years of bliss and togetherness…someone pour me another sake please!
