Aloha Valued Customer, Our apology in advance for any inconvenience caused due to our temporary 3-week Store closure. After slightly over 5 years, we finally took a “genuine” vacation and celebrated our 32nd Anniversary in the land of sushi, sake, and sumo!
As we are nearing the end of our trip, we are making our store items available for purchase again, but please know there will still be a delay to ship your item/s and all orders completed between 5/26 and 5/31 will not be shipped starting until Thursday, 01 June 2017. Depending on our backlog of pending shipments, we should have all orders during this time shipped within 1-2 days at the most after returning.
All of our store listings will have a message banner indicating there will be a delay to ship your order until 6/1/17. If you missed reading the message banner and placed an order expecting it will be shipped within our standard 1-business day turnaround, we apologize in advance as it will not be shipped until 6/1/17.
If you placed an order needing your item sooner than being shipped on 6/1/17, we are not able to cancel your order until we return back to Hawaii, or you can please contact eBay Customer Service and ask to cancel your order with their assistance.
If you have any concerns or issues with your recent order/s completed, we humbly apologize as we will not be able to resolve your issue quickly during our absence, but please know we will resolve your concerns promptly after our return on 6/1/17. We tout ourselves on our customer service and we support all issues and concerns when our customer’s communicate such matters that allow us to resolve for them. So, although our absence may be a concern to you or resolving your issue will be unintentionally delayed due to being away, we will honestly take care of your needs upon our return.
It is with no less that our most appreciative aloha for all of your support and trust during our many years on eBay to date, so please know we will always support that trust. We ask again for your flexibility, patience, and understanding during our absence.
Aloha nui loa (with much aloha), Don and Kerri
