We specialize in latemodel GM Performance and Restoration. We carry all NEW, USED, PERFORMANCE, and AFTERMARKET parts for all latemodel GM vehicles. We offer a wide variety of parts and what we don't carry, we will do our best in helping you find it. We are a small family business. Our #1 priority is CUSTOMER SERVICE. We all have been in the customer's shoes at one point or another. We keep most parts in stock however some items are special order. We are located at 937 Pelzer Hwy Easley, SC 29642. We are open shop retail hours Monday-Friday 9-5pm EASTERN, phone hours 1pm-5pm EASTERN, closed for lunch between 12pm-1pm EASTERN Monday-Friday. However we do close for special events that we attend, and all major holidays. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. If you are in the surrounding area call us for more directions. Buy it on Rock Auto, its half the price there, and youll get FAR better customer service.
The Hawks fulfillment team doesnt know how to package items very well, so things get lost and damaged in shipping, then they refuse to refund or replace the items that get lost from their horrible packaging, dont allow you to contact management, and then ultimately ignore your messages.
Also, they charged me for shipping twice, only sent one package, and the one package was missing items. lol

Item arrived damaged. Money was refunded. Item could have been packaged way better than it was especially for an item work over 100 dollars. DONOT let the Hawks team convince you to close the case. Your case will guarantee your refund. They hang the refund of your item in your face but they ask you to close the case. Almost felt like leaving - feedback but I leave this here for others to read. Other than this other auctions have gone flawless.
