Our bookmarks are created from prints of my drawings, with a handmade tassel.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us! We want you to be happy, and will accept returns within 30 days and in the same condition in which they were received.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Shipping Discount:
*When ordering more than one book, you will be charged the highest shipping cost plus an additional $1.00 for each additional book, on a single order.**If you purchase one or more books, there is no additional shipping charge to add one or more bookmarks to your order, when ordered in the same order. (See below for more info.)
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:USPS 'Media Mail'(which I normally use to mail books) states 2-9 days for delivery. I try hard to make sure I mail packages quickly after payment is received, normally the next business day. The exception to this would be if the customer and I have communicated that I am holding items until they complete their order(for me to combine into one bill)
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:The charge is as stated in the individual listing, with the exception being an order that qualifies for the combined shipping discount stated above. Also, please note there is an additional discount for those ordering ONLY bookmarks, plus ordering more than one bookmark in the same order, they only pay $1.75 maximum to ship a BOOKMARK ONLY ORDER.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:No, not normally.
We can consider it on an individual basis. So far this is what we have found to be the case:
We can 'discuss' the details, provide an estimation, get an actual total, bill for that, and receive payment before shipping for an order outside of the continental U.S. The customer would need to absorb all additional shipping charges.
Q:What is your payment policy?
A:We can only accept payment through PayPal.
EBay will no longer allow us to have money orders/cashiers checks, or personal checks (or cash) mailed directly to us. We are so sorry for any inconvenience, as this is not our choice or in our power to change, since we are required to comply with their policy.
Q:What types of payments does PayPal accept?
A:PayPal payment would obviously be made through PayPal and (according to eBay's site) apparently is defined as follows: "funded by PayPal account balance, credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal Pay Later, PayPal Buyer Credit or eBay gift certificate".
Q:Can I pay directly through eBay without using PayPal?
A:According to eBay's site, "By January 2009, all approved electronic payment methods will be integrated into eBay checkout. For example, buyers will be able to enter their credit card number directly into eBay checkout, and the payment will be routed to the seller's Internet merchant account or to their PayPal account".
