From before the sale, to when your item arrives, we strive to give the best possible attention to you. If you have a special order or shipment request, we're more than happy to accommodate you - just let us know before hand! You can complain anything complains@directfromwarehouse.com, your mail will be replied with urgent basis and proper action will be taken in 24 hrs.

Payment should be received within (7) calendar days of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have payment problems or issues.

All items that remain unpaid for (14) calendar days after purchase will be cancelled. In addition, an Unpaid item Strike will be applied to buyers with unpaid items purchased from our eBay auctions and eBay Store.

Shipments to Florida require 6% sales tax imposed on the final auction price, not including shipping and handling charges.

In some cases, tax will be charged for items shipped to California (8.25%). This tax is imposed on the final auction price, not including shipping and handling charges. Please email us to find out if tax will apply to your order.

Canadian customers please note: Your total cost including shipping does not include taxes or brokerage fees incurred when your item passes through Customs. Please contact UPS or FedEx for more information about these additional charges.

Typically, your order will be shipped two to five business days after payment is received and clears. Please contact us before you purchase if you need your screen delivered before a certain date, and we can explain your options to you. Once your item ships, we will forward tracking information to you.
 

Shipping cost listed in the auction is for ground shipment to the continental US via UPS or FedEx, or by freight carrier and/or forwarder depending on the item's size and weight. We cannot ship via USPS, since there is no tracking capabilities with this service.

Express 2-Day, and Next Day delivery options are available for an additional cost.

No PO, APO, or FPO box addresses will be accepted. UPS, FedEx, and other carriers cannot ship to these locations.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within (2) businss days of receipt.

Each of our items come with NEW factory and manufacturer's warranties.

Returns will only be accepted by the manufacturer or DirectfromWarehouse for damage due to shipping or problems due to workmanship.

A 15% restocking fee will be imposed on items that are returned for reasons other than warranty repair/replacement. Any shipping fees incurred for non-warranty returns (including taxes and duties) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
