 We Ship DAILY (that does NOT presume your item will go out the same day! Much depends upon when payment is made, Inventory levels or if WE manufacture the item).

 Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our facilities. The majority of domestic packages will arrive within 2-10 business days. It is a rare occurrence but occasionally packages will be lost. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

HC - Note: IHC LOST their manufacturing facility for Locos in March! They, of course, are replaing it BUT it will be several months to "tool-up". My BEST advice is buy NOW, all locos are going fast!

Also: IHC Interiors IHC is now manufacturing MORE items here in the US. AND will have the full line of interiors available within a few weeks - including Heavy-weighst! We have a TON of these on order!

Special notice to Foreign Customers:

Due to the large amount of LOST or damaged merchandise through International Air Mail we will be shipping orders $50 or over via Priority Mail - to certain Foreign Countries - those which have shown the most "issues". This is for your protection, as well as ours.

Unlike Air Mail, Priority CAN be traced and comes with a varying % of Indemnity coverage! And full coverage can be purchased for a nominal fee.
