|Q:How do I return an item?|
|A:All returned merchandise must include:
1. Copy of invoice/packing slip
2. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging.
3. Shipping is non-refundable.|
|Q:What is your return policy?|
|A:Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated) and may be subjected to a restocking charge.
Electrical parts are generally not returnable, but please contact us if there is a problem.
No returns accepted on books or manuals per copyright laws.|
|Q:Can I exchange an item?|
|A:Exchanges are not supported on eBay so if you open up a request for a return/refund through eBay we can NOT do an exchange with you per eBay polices. However, you can email us or contact us through the ebay message system and if we have the item you need we will be glad to exchange with you as long as you have NOT opened a refund request.|

|Q:Do you combine shipping?|
|A:Yes, whenever possible we do combine items to save you money on shipping. However some items can not be combined due to size or possible damage during transit. If you overpay on the shipping charges, you will be refunded the overpayment. Please see our "shipping policies" page for more info on shipping.|

|A:Yes, we are located at 162 Moore Road, just off of US Hwy 15 between Bishopville & Sumter SC.|

|Q:What shipping carriers do you use?|
|A:We ship out packages daily via UPS and USPS.|
|Q:How do I place an order for several items and get combined shipping?|
|A:Use the add to cart feature within ebay to add all items to cart before checking out. One you have added all items to your cart, begin the checkout process and select the same carrier and shipping option for each item from the drop down menu's. This SHOULD combine the shipping for you. If it fails to combine we will refund you the overpayment.|
|Q:What if I have a problem with an order or a part?|
|A:Please let us know as soon as possible. Please do not leave us negative/neutral feedback until after you have contacted us. We will work with you to resolve any problems or issues you have. After all, we want you as a repeat customer.|
