 Q: How do I get combined shipping?
  A: When ordering multiple items, please order all items before proceeding through the "checkout" and "payment" process and be sure and select the same shipping carrier or wait for us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges.
 Q: How do I return an item?
  A: All returned merchandise must include: 1. Copy of invoice/packing slip 2. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in original packaging. 3. Shipping is non-refundable.
 Q: When will you ship my order?
  A: We ship Monday - Friday via UPS and USPS. We will ship your order as soon as possible. If your payment is received before USPS and UPS pickups, your order will be shipped the same day, if not, it's shipped the following business day.
 Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?
  A: Shipping charges are based on actual UPS and USPS rates depending on the weight and size box your order is shipped in. We do not profit on shipping charges. Please be advised that as of 07/01/11, eBay will begin charging sellers fees on shipping costs that unfortunately we will have to pass on to buyers.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Any merchandise which is NOT defective or damaged may be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated) and may be subjected to a 15% restocking charge. Electrical parts are generally not returnable, but please contact us if there is a problem. No returns accepted on books or manuals.

 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, whenever possible we do combine items to save you money on shipping. However some items can not be combined due to size or possible damage during transit. If you overpay on the shipping charges, you will be refunded the overpayment. Please see our "shipping policies" page for more info on shipping.
 Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
  A: We accept paypal payments and all major credit cards. To pay directly to us with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express select "other credit cards" during checkout and you will need to phone us during our normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30PM (EASTERN TIME) at 803-428-3460. See your invoice for more information.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Shipping charges are calculated by total weight & size of package. Items have the eBay shipping calculator where you can enter your zip code to see the shipping costs.  Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Due to increases in postage and longer arrival times, we are no longer offering international shipping.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: As soon as possible. We ship 99% of our orders within 1 business day of payment. We are located in SC. Priority mail generally takes 2 to 4 business days, while UPS ground takes 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Most items can be returned. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Electrical parts and books are non-refundable. No returns on international orders. All returns (except defective parts) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 Q: Do you have a retail store?
  A: Yes, we are located at 162 Moore Road, just off of US Hwy 15 between Bishopville & Sumter SC.

  A: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. Closed weekends and major holidays.
 Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
  A: We ship out packages daily via UPS and USPS.
 Q: How do I place and order for serval items and get combined shipping?
  A: You can click on the "Buy It Now" icons on each item you wish to purchase. Do not complete the checkout process until you have finished shopping. Once you have finished shopping and gone through the checkout process, you may either pay the shipping quoted or request that we send you an invoice. We will refund you any overpayment on shipping.
 Q: When will you leave me feedback?
  A: Since we are a small operation with a walk in location as well, we stay very busy with customers, phones, and filling orders and answering your questions. To streamline the feedback process, we have an automated feedback system that leaves feedback within minutes of you leaving feedback for us.
 Q: What if I have a problem with an order or a part?
  A: Please let us know as soon as possible. Please do not leave us negative/neutral feedback until after you have contacted us. We will work with you to resolve any problems or issues you have. After all, we want you as a repeat customer.
