As it should be. We ship every day, usually 6 days a week, and although all our items ship tracked & insured, we seldom have a broken item issue. Sloppy packaging serves no one. Yes, it costs us a bit more for packing materials, but getting the item to the buyer in one piece is vital to 'good business practices.'
