Shipping Policies

HeltonTool is pleased to provide free shipping on all orders shipped to a street address in the Lower 48 Continental United States. We also offer Expedited, Next Day and International shipping to our customers. Please contact Customer Service at 480-398-2495 (or toll free 888-444-6648) 9:00am – 5:00pm Arizona time. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Combined shipping is available on all HeltonTool orders! Please contact Customer Service immediately upon placing an order to take advantage of this service.

HeltonTool utilizes UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, and US Postal Service for shipping to its customers. Items that are available for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. If you would like to purchase a specific shipping option please select standard shipping for FEDEX 3-5 day shipments or Expedited for 2-3 day shipments for an additional fee. Please contact us immediately via email or Customer Service to insure the appropriate carrier is employed.

HeltonTool fully insures all incoming and outgoing shipments. If an item is damaged or lost during shipment, it will be replaced or the cost of the order will be fully refunded. Please contact us immediately via email or Customer Service for instructions and the required insurance claim form.

International Shipping

We use US Postal Service Priority Mail for most international shipments (6-10 business days transit time after pickup). For faster shipping, please request USPS Express Mail International Shipping and we will update your invoice with the additional cost. The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes due upon delivery.

• Orders outside the US are not protected by the manufacturer's warranty. All orders are still covered by Helton & Co.'s 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

• Shipping and customs charges for non-US orders will be calculated and determined when the item is added to the shopping cart

• All of our corded products are designed to work with North America 110 / 120V outlets only. Our products used in foreign outlets without a proper voltage adapter / converter will not be covered by Helton & Co.'s return policy or our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

PLEASE NOTE: we declare all sales as MERCHANDISE and the final sale price (less shipping and handling) as the value on the customs document. Please don't ask us to make false statements on this document. There may be duties and/or other charges due once the package reaches its destination. These charges are separate from the Shipping & Handling paid for this item and are the responsibility of the buyer. Domestic Returns

HeltonTool is pleased to provide our customers with exemplary service. That service includes accepting customer returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

• In order to return an eBay item for a refund, HeltonTool must first submit a mutual cancellation. eBay will generate an email requesting your agreement for the cancellation of the sale. Please click the link to agree to the cancellation.

• All items being returned for a refund or replacement/exchange must have a Return Authorization Number ( RAN) issued by HeltonTool. Returns received without an RAN may be delayed in processing.

• Please wrap the item well and place a copy of our packing slip in the box documenting the Return Authorization Number ( RAN), along with a brief description of the reason for the return. Please write the RAN on the outside of the box for rapid processing. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product.

All returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sold. HeltonTool will not accept returns of any products with missing or altered serial numbers or UPCs. Products altered from their original condition (painted or etched, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please email us or contact Customer Service for a return shipping label for defective products. HeltonTool provides insurance on all incoming packages with a valid tracking number.

International Returns

International returns must meet the requirements of the Domestic returns outlined above. In addition, please mark the Customs document “merchandise return with no value”. If there are duties or charges due on the package, HeltonTool will not accept delivery.
