Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund less shipping & handling. Returns must arrive to us within 14 days from the date you received your item. Must be returned in new/unused condition. No returns for buyers' remorse or wrong size however exchanges are possible. We do NOT accept returns after 25 days. Each return will need an RMA #. This number must be written on outside of return package.
Tracking your order
Every package ships with tracking, however because we do not print our shipping labels
on line, we do not always have time to upload tracking info for each order.
If you do not see your tracking # please contact us 1st before opening a claim or
leaving unfair/negative feedback. We can give you tracking # upon request,
after the allowed processing time stated in each listing. If your item is still
processing then we will let you know this. Communication is the most
important thing between a buyer and a seller. |
