 | A: Flat rate shipping boxes fail to meet the minimum crush resistance required by our insurance. When buying an important item for your collection the most important aspect is that it arrives to you intact and as shown. We use new boxes with high crush resistance with lots of padding and packaging. Our shipping team are professionals. |

 | A: Unfortunately not all items can be combined with each other safely. Our main concern is your items arrive intact and as shown and this means sometimes they must ship alone. |

 | A: Synthetic gemstones are chemically optically and physically the same as natural. Syn emerald is emerald just grown in a laboratory. Simulated is different then synthetic. Green glass is a simulant of emerald, syn emerald is emerald grown in a lab, natural emerald grown in the ground. |

 | A: We sell expensive items that are often one of a kind. Padded envelopes do not offer you the protections a new cardboard box offers. We utilize larger boxes at the recommendation of our insurance carrier as mall boxes are often misplaced, lost or stolen in transit. The 9 x 5 x 5 box does not fit into a pocket or a coat. |
