Shipping Cost
Ü EMS: According to EMS tariff, shipping to Western Europe is slightly higher than to North America. Thus we may vary our shipping offer accordingly;
Ü Airmail Registered Small Parcel: Under China Post tariff, cost of shipping to any country or region is almost the same; so we also offer a universal international standard shipping rate.
Shipping Method
Ü To ensure timely delivery, either EMS or Airmail Registered Small Parcel will be used;
Ü SAL (Sea, Airmail & land combination) is not suggested as it is slow but can be adopted if specifically required from buyers.
Shipping Status Tracking
Ü EMS: Tracking number will be passed to buyers upon parcel collected by EMS. Buyer then can go to EMS website to track the shipping status.
Ü Airmail Registered Small Parcel: Tracking service is limited, thus, Registration number will be kept by us and not passed to buyers unless otherwise required.
Shipping Insurance
Ü The insurance has been included in the Postage & Handling fees, buyers need not to pay extra.
Damage & Lost Handling-------Shop with Confidence!
Ü Should the item lost during shipping, your funds will be fully refunded instantly; then we will be responsible for dealing with China Post for compensation;
Ü Should the item damaged during shipping, please return the goods to us then your funds will be fully refunded.
