Payment Information
Whenever your order a product from us, we want to get it to you as soon as possible. Basically, the faster you make payment, you faster you will receive your item.

*** Payments for ALL auctions / purchases need to be received within 5 business days from the day you purchase the item. If we DO NOT receive payment within 5 days - eBay and our online store AUTOMATICALLY open a non-paying buyer dispute so incase payment NEVER arrives, we recoup our auction listing fee and closing fees. Non-paying buyers will receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK to warn other sellers of their bad eBay practices.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS: If you pay with a INSTANT PAYPAL PAYMENT - your order will ship on our next shipping day (generally 3-5 business days).

If you pay with a PAYPAL E-CHECK (Paypal processes funds from your bank account) - your order will not ship until the PAYPAL E-CHECK has cleared. The clearance time ranges from 5-7 days from when you make the payment. We receive a notification from Paypal when your funds have cleared. We will NOT ship your order BEFORE your payment clears.
MONEY ORDERS: If you choose to pay for your item with a MONEY ORDER - as soon as we receive it in the mail. Your order will ship on our next shipping day (generally 3-5 business days). Please take into account the time it takes for us to actually receive the MONEY ORDER in the mail. We accept U.S. & International MONEY ORDERS / MONEYGRAMS.
CHECKS:
(PERSONAL / COMPANY)		 If you pay with PERSONAL / COMPANY CHECK - we will ship your order after we have received the CHECK in the mail AND the CHECK clears through our bank (generally 4-6 business days) after receipt of the check. Please take into account the time it takes for us to actually receive the CHECK in the mail. We will NOT ship your order BEFORE your payment clears.

Payments that "bounce" or do not clear due to insufficient funds will result in the buyer having to pay any additional bank fees incurred by HI-REZ DESIGNS. Ebay will be alerted to this matter and they will review the buyers account.
After payments have cleared and your order is ready for shipping, we "mark" the eBay item "shipped" in our eBay account. You will know when your order has shipped by looking in your "WON" table on eBay - you will see the "Item Shipped" icon marked. You can expect the item is on its way to you and you will receive it soon.
