Your order is very important to us and want to make sure you get your items in perfect condition. Our shipping & handling price includes the BEST quality shipping products. Our shipping tubes are EXTRA THICK to reduce the risk of ANY damage during transport. Optional shipping insurance is always offered for every item puchased / shipped. We ship all movie posters USPS PRIORITY MAIL within 3-5 days of receiving / cleared payments.
The price we charge for shipping DOES NOT reflect the actual shipping charge from the USPS and what is printed on the postage $$$ dollar amount. Our shipping price includes, actual shipping cost to us by the USPS, the shipping tube, bubble-wrap, handling, preparing and packaging your order, and transportation to the post office. International orders shipping price also includes an employee of Hi-Rez Designs filling out all additional paperwork in person required by USPS for international shipments.
We always encourage you purchase the additional optional shipping insurance with your order. If you choose NOT to pay the shipping insurance, we are ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damaged, lost items or replacements of the ordered item. Demanding a refund or replacement from Hi-Rez Designs, Ebay or through Paypal will do you no good because we clearly state in all auctions and information pages about this policy. Paypal WILL NOT issue you a refund. But ... we will try our best to work with you to make you 100% satisfied customer.
All International (Non-U.S.) shipments are sent via USPS AIR MAIL. International shipments require custom forms and additional paperwork to be filled out at the Post Office. No exceptions. This is why the International shipping charge is considerably higher than U.S. shipping. We ALWAYS make the item, no matter what the value, as a "Gift" on the customs form that accompanies the item shipping. We are ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE for additional import taxes you may be incurred when you receive the item / package.
