Here at Hiccup Gifts we value our customers and aim to please in every respect. We offer high quality merchandise at competitive prices. We only sell goods which we truely believe in and would be happy to receive ourselves as customers.

Payment
We accept payments in £GBP via Paypal, Personal cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer (UK only). Please make all cheques payable to Hiccup Ltd. Please note we do not accept payments in any other currency than £GBP.
Payments must be received within 7 days of auction end. Any payments not received in this time will be noted and a follow up email issued to the Buyer. If payments are then not received within 3 days of this email, the item(s) bought will be re-auctioned and negative feedback will be left in accordance of Ebay's Rules and Procedures.
Postage and Packing
There is no such thing as free postage. Where other Ebay merchants offer this incentive, they are including this cost in with the cost of the item they are selling. At Hiccup GIfts we do not do this. We offer our products at the best price possible and charge a minimal fee for P&P also. Please note - we do not make any profit from our P&P charges. All items are weighed and P&P is charged at cost including cost of packaging. We do not even charge for handling!
Please note. All items sent within the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class post or by Standard Parcels depending on the weight of the item.
Royal Mail First Class Mail - aims to deliver between 1-3 days depending on location.
All International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
We are more than willing to combine P&P/Shipping costs for multiple purchases bought on the same day. When you have purchased your items from our store, please wait for us to email you a combined invoice before paying (we aim to do this within 12hours). If you pay through Paypal before receiving this combined invoice you will end up paying too much!
Returns
If for whatever reason you are disatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) at your cost within 7 days, and we will refund your initial outlay excluding postage costs.
If you receive your item(s) and it is faulty or broken, please return the item(s) within 7 days and we will refund your initial outlay PLUS the postage costs for returning the item. Or we will send out a replacement depending upon your preference and availablity of goods.
Refunded payments will only ever be refunded back to the original payment source, ie, Paypal if paid for using Paypal, or the credit/debit card used to pay over the telephone.
Please note, until we receive goods back, they are your responsibility so we recommend you send items back via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
