- We will respond to any email inquiry or question within 1 business day*
- We will provide positive feedback immediately after receiving your payment!
- We will provide email communication when: 1) the auction has ended and you are the winning bidder, 2) Your payment has cleared, and 3) Your item has shipped
Shipping Time:
- We will ship all items within 1 business day of payment clearing
- We will send emails with tracking information for each package shipped (sometimes these emails are caught by spam filters - if you don't receive one, please let us know and we can assist you!)
Shipping and Handling Costs:
- We will provide superior packaging service so your items always arrive safe and sound!
- We will provide the shipping weight of each item
- We will provide the handling cost of each item
