Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
1) Question: You did not receive our email on your win within 24 hours? Answer: PLEASE wait for our invoice if buying multiple items, then we can give you a combined postage cost...If you have an Hotmail or AOL account? Then you might have trouble getting our emails. Look in your spam or garbage box, for that is where they are going. We will also send an invoice through ebay, which is having better luck in getting through (but not always). Our emails are getting read as spam. We reply to every win within 24 hours. So if you do not get a winning email with 24 hours, please email us and we will try again. Your spam blocker/filter is set to high.
2) Question: How do I pay by paypal? Answer: We can accept paypal payment from US residents with a "confirmed address". Just wait for our invoice and it will have a paypal link for you, or go to www.paypal.com and log on. Then click the "send money" tab. Our paypal account is : customerservice@highqualitycomics.com , and remember to use your "confirmed address" .
3) Question: I'm an international bidder/customer, what are my payment options? Answers: We can accept American Express, International Money Orders, International Cashier Checks, International money wires, Bank wires, and all our mail goes to a locked box. We have a couple more options but ebay has redflagged them and we are not allowed to list them on ebay due to the loss of revenue that ebay's sister company, paypal would lose. Email for those options. If a Canadian or Japan resident we can also accept Canadian or Japanese Postal money orders. Sorry we cannot accept Paypal (unless you check with us first), Visa, or Mastercard currently due to the "confirmed address" process, but we are doing so on a case-by-case basis (so please inquire). We lost $1,000's of dollars due to this technicality, for even if the customer gets the package, all the customer has to say to paypal or the credit card company is that the package didn't come. Then the burden of proof is on the seller. With the loop-hole of the "confirmed address", the credit card companies and paypal pass the loss onto the seller and there is nothing the seller can do, but lose the goods and the money, or try and claim the money through costly court action. This can occur up to a year or more after the transaction. We should know, we lost over $2,000.00 in the year 2000 alone.
