PAYMENT: PayPal is our only accepted method of payment. Your PayPal account must be a Verified US PayPal account. We require immediate payment on all fixed price items. We require payment within 24 hours on all Accepted Offers and Auction style items.
Please note: The item that you purchased is not reserved until the item is paid for. For items purchased in Texas, we are required to collect the appropriate sales tax.
SHIPPING: Once you purchase an item, the order is uploaded to our system on the next business day. We usually generate a tracking number during that business day for items that do not require custom assembly. The tracking number will show activity once the item has been picked up by the carrier. U.S. shipping prices and/or free shipping are for the Lower 48 U.S.A. States Only. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. Shipment errors that are caused by an incorrect address being supplied by the buyer are not our responsibility and the cost to reship the item and the ongoing delay of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our handling times average anywhere from 1 to 15 business days depending on the item purchased and are shown in each item’s shipping section. Custom packages and kits usually require additional information from the buyer before we can start to assemble the item for the customer.
We will combine shipping on all orders that consist of more than 1 item to save you money when possible and these combined orders will be shipped in the same box. We will not be held responsible for any return shipping except as covered in our Return Policy.
Business Days do not include weekends and Holidays.
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non warranty items returned, or you can request full store credit to use in the future at any time. We will not be held responsible for any return shipping on non warranty items.
On new defective products or if we made a shipping mistake, we will email you a shipping label to return the item or refund standard postal costs. Once we receive the item back, we will then ship out a replacement item. You have an option to have us send you a replacement item before returning the original item to us by giving us a credit card number to hold until the return has been completed. All returns must be completed within 14 days after contacting us.
You must contact us at 512-264-7333 or through email/messaging to help you with any type of return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number at that time. The RA number must be written on the outside of the box for identification. It is important that you include a note inside the package as to what is wrong with the item and if you want a replacement, store credit or refund. If we owe you standard return postage, then we must have a copy of the postage receipt in the package. You must also email us with a shipping tracking number on your return so we can track it as well. No refund or exchange request will be approved without the RA and return tracking information.
All Manufacturers warranties do not cover shipping or labor to replace a defective part; their warranties just cover the part only. We will not accept returns on parts that have been installed, parts that do not have the original packaging or used parts. If you install it, you own it.
Positive feedback will be given once feedback is received from the buyer. If you are unhappy with our product or service then please make sure to contact us via either email or phone and let us do what we can to make things right BEFORE you leave negative / neutral feedback. All issues can be resolved without leaving negative marks. If negative feedback is left for us then we will be unable to do business with that buyer in the future

All of our products are brand new and include all of the factory included accessories, including a full manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted. In many cases, we use the manufacturer’s descriptions and photos in our listings.
Custom items such as handlebar packages and tire/wheel packages have longer than normal handling times which gives us time to run these items through our production department.
We also attend most major bike Rallies such as Sturgis to promote our products and serve our customers on site. We can also be found on Facebook and have a very good website for our customers.
