SHIPPING TERMS
I use Canada Post to ship my items. Shipping within Canada is extremely expensive, so if your item will fit in an envelope at standard envelope rates, that is how I will ship it to you to save you money. Otherwise, within Canada, it will ship by Expedited Parcel Service (2-10 days depending on where you live) or Xpress Parcel Service (1-6 days depending on where you live).
Shipping to the US will ship as Regular/Standard Airmail service which is very cheap, however it must be a small item that fits into an envelope that meets their size requirements. Otherwise, I use the International Small Packet Service which can ship by Surface (taking approx. 2 weeks) or Air (taking approx. 1 week). Both of these options have insurance but no tracking service. You can also ship by Expedited Parcel Service or Xpress Parcel Service (which is not guaranteed to be faster than Airmail) but has tracking and insurance.
I only ship during the week (with shipments going out first thing in the morning or in the evenings after the kids are in bed - which is usually a saner route for me to go). Your items are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. If someone is sick and your parcel is delayed by a day or so, you will be notified by email. This rarely happens, but I like my buyers to be aware of what is happening with their items...I know how excited I am to receive my purchases and how important communication is.
As I only ship during the weekdays, if your payment is received between Thursday night to Sunday, your items may not be shipped until Monday or Tuesday.
LOCAL PICKUPS: I live in Mission, British Columbia - local pickups can be arranged - please email me to ensure arrangements can be made prior to bidding if you wish local pickup only - this is at my discretion and approval - please remember I am a SAHM to 3 children and schedules may not permit at certain times of the year.
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email from me confirming same, together with any tracking information and estimated date of delivery. Again, if someone is sick or something has come up, I will email you as soon as possible with your information. I sincerely appreciate the patience of my buyers when unforeseen circumstances come up and I'm not able to provide that information the day your items are sent.
