If you are sending in a prepayment, please note that personal checks and money orders take time to clear. After your payment has cleared the bank your items will be processed. When mailing a payment please allow time for for your payment to arrive in the mail, be processed, packaged, and mailed to you.
The customer is responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address. In the event a wrong or incorrect address is given when placing an order, an additional shipping charge may be applied to your account if the product comes back to us and needs re-shipping. When a customer pays by PayPal we will only ship to the address PayPal provides us with. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to an un-confirmed PayPal address.
In Most cases, a dinged box does not mean that your products have been damaged. If after opening and inspecting your package you find a damaged or broken item, or if your item just does not function properly contact us to arrange a return.
We will accept returns for all defective items, and every attempt will be made to replace the item with an identical item in working condition. If no identical item is available, the customer will have the choice of receiving a similar item of equal value or a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a replacement item is available.
All items that are being sold on eBay should be considered pre-played unless specifically stated as a new item. We do sell many new games, but if it is not stated as new it probably is not. All classic items such as Super Nintendo and Original Nintendo are long since out of production and are offered in guaranteed working condition. These classic items are not guaranteed to come with any original packaging or instructions, but when available, will be supplied. See the specific auction listing for deatils. Due to the rarity of some of these vintage items, your order may be delayed in preparation. We try our hardest to fulfill all orders quickly. In the event your items are not available, they will be removed from your order and canceled. Any remainder of your order will be shipped immediately.
