At Hobb-e-Mart we realize the importance of your item arriving well packaged and in a timely fashion.

All orders shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service.

We ship within 1-2 business days, keep in mind if payment is received after 8:30 A.M. M-F your item will ship the following day. If after 8:30 A.M. on Friday your item will ship on Monday.

For UPS shipments Tracking Numbers are sent to the email address you have registered with eBay. If you do not receive one, email us for a tracking number.

International- Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost. The declared value for the item is the winning bid amount. Some items may be to large for International shipment, as we are limited by the max sizes determined by USPS.

Local Pickup - all items are available for local pickup - Free of Charge!! Please request a new total on local pickups so charges can be removed and new invoice sent.

Hobb-e-Mart is happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases which occur within 5 days of each other. Do not pay for your item until you are done shopping and have requested that your items be combined. If the items are acceptable to be combined a new invoice will be sent you.

Item will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.

All UPS shipments are automatically insured 100% against damage/loss at no cost to the buyer for U.S. Addresses.

Oversized and Palletized items will be shipped via UPS Freight at an additional cost, please email us for a quote on Large Freight items.
Shipping Damage
In the unfortunate case of an item receiving damage during shipping, please email us to process a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim process is initiated we will work with you to determine whether a replacement or refund is in order.

- We do our best to provide accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.
- Hobb-e-Mart accepts returns only if the item was not as described in the auction listing.
- Please note that all of the items we list on eBay are accompanied by a picture of the actual item you are bidding on. We attempt to describe each item very specifically. If the item comes with a particular accessory, it will be listed in the description and pictured. If it is not listed or pictured, it is not included. Being that we take great care to make sure bidders know EXACTLY what they will be getting if they bid on one of our items, under normal circumstances there should be no reason to have to return an item. We do understand situations arise that are exceptions to this policy, and on a case by case basis, we may accept a return.
- In the case of a listing error or some other error on our part, we will, of course, accept a return.
- On time payments are defined as Hobb-e-Mart receiving your payment five (5) days after the closing date of an auction.
- Buyer must return the item within 10 days, items must be returned as received.
- Refunds will not be sent until the item has been successfully received at the Hobb-e-Mart.
