You may return most unopened and unused items purchased from Hobbylinc.com. No returns are accepted without prior approval by Hobbylinc.com.
Return approval must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. During Christmas 30 days from December 25th.
2. Any book, video, paint, thinner, glue, aerosol spray, or software. These items are not returnable for any reason.
3. Any item that is not in its original condition (example: must still be unopened in cellophane wrapping).
4. Return shipping for any item for any reason is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable. If the return is a result of a Hobbylinc.com error return shipping cost will be credited back to your pay pal account. Please note that we only able to exchange an item or provide a refund of the product cost. Store credit is not available.
5. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which may be waived if the return is due to a Hobbylinc.com error.
6. Defective Items - If you receive items that are defective or missing parts due to the a manufacturers error, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts/items. All items sold are new and carry the standard manufacturers warranty. If the manufacturer is unable to resolve the issue please contact us. We are not responsible for manufacturing errors.
7. Damaged Items - Items received which are damaged, may be returned for exchange or refund. Cosmetic defects in packaging is not considered damages. We can not guarantee collector quality "Mint Condition" packaging, so if this is important to you, please do not order from Hobbylinc.com. All items are sold as new in the condition in which the new item is received from the manufactuerer.
8. Refused Packages & Incorrect shipping address - Packages that are undeliveredable due to and error in the shipping address, or selection of shipping method, are considered a Refused Package. Packages that are refused at the shipping destination are considered a Refused Package. Refused Package are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on refused packages are non-refundable. If you would like an incorrect address to be reshipped you will be charged the shipping cost to the new shipping location.
9. Items can vary from the manufactuers provided picture. This mainly applies to colored items. We have no control if a manufactuerer produces a different colored item but does not provide a correct product picture. In the rare case that this happens there is no restocking fee for the return. However, return shipping cost are still the responsibility of the customer.
