Hobs Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Items are not returnable or exchangeable if packaging has been opened. Please make sure that the item is what you want before opening the package! If, after opening the box, you find that the item is defective, please let us know. We will replace the defective item for the same item that is not defective. IF YOU RETURN AN UNOPENED ITEM, THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT ISSUED. Your order will be shipped to the shipping address exactly as you type it on the order form. Please make sure that you type in the correct shipping address, including company name, suite number or apartment number if applicable. If, after the order ships, a change, correction or addition needs to be made to the shipping address or the order is re-routed to a different address, the customer will be charged a $10.00 fee. If the package is returned as "Undeliverable" or "Incorrect Address", we will credit for the items, a 25% restocking fee.

Orders are normally shipped by UPS Ground FOB from Hobs or our suppliers wharehouse. Orders cannot be shipped by an expedited shipping method, such as 2nd Day Air or overnight. We cannot ship international orders or orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or to AFO or FPO addresses. Sales tax is charged only for orders shipped in MA. If unopened item(s) are returned, we deduct a 25% restocking fee from the amount credited. Items re usually shipped within 3-4 business days, but there are instances where it may take longer. (Please note: Items are usually shipped, not received, in 3-4 business days). We can ship only to addresses in the continental US. All orders require a signature for delivery. If we find that an item that you order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We only accept credit cards of which we can verify the name, billing address, zip code, and phone number as correct. We cannot accept international credit cards. We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone at our discretion. DELIVERY TIME From the date the order is shipped, it can take from one to five business days to be delivered. UPS does not work on weekends and most major holidays. UPS does not deliver to a PO Box. Please supply a street shipping address on your order. If you need to return an unopened item call our Customer Service line which is normally answered by a live person between the hours of 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
