| Q:What is the size of your custom made bibs and burps? |

| A:My bibs measure about 7 inches from under the chin to the bottom and about 9 inches across the widest width. My burps measure about 8 inches at the widest width and about 16 inches in length. |
| Q:Do you accept custom orders? |

| A:I am almost always willing to work with customers to customize their orders. My motto is "it never hurts to ask. Email me with your questions and I will see what I can do. |
| Q:How soon do you ship your items? |

| A:Most custom orders are in the mail within 2-3 business days (not including holidays and weekends). Please keep in mind that the larger the order you are placing, the more time it will take to get in the mail. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Generally, shipping and handling for my most sold items is as follows:
flannel backed bib and burp pads: $2.50 for the first/$1.00 for each additional
chenille bibs and burp pads: $3.00 for the first and $1.00 for each additional
diaper bag changing pads: $4.00 for the first and $1.00 for each additional

| Q:Do you combine shipping/handling? |

| A:Yup, purchase the items you are interested in and email me for an invoice with the correct total. Items must be paid for with one paypal payment in order to qualify for a combined shipping discount. |
