 | A: We accept returns within 7 days for items still in the same condition as received. Refunds will be given for the purchase price only. |

 | A: We most certainly do. We charge exact shipping costs and if an overpayment in shipping charges is made we will refund the difference. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: All orders are processed ASAP. We do our very best to get items out to you the same day as payment is received; although this isn't always the case. US orders via Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days, First Class Mail takes 4-5 business days and International orders via Priority Mail takes 10-15 business days and sometimes longer due to Customs. |

 | A: The shipping charge varies based on the shipping method used. Please refer to the specific listing for the charges. We do not charge a handling fee as all of our shipping supplies are included at our expense. |

 | A: Yes, we do ship internationally. Due to Customs and shipping laws please send us an email before purchasing flammable items such as EDT's and Splashes so that we can make sure these are allowed to be shipped to your Country. |
