SPECIAL RETURN POLICY FOR AUTOGRAPHED BROADWAY POSTERS
Because of the unique and limited number of our Autographed Broadway Posters, refunds are not provided unless we are out of stock on the item. Please keep in mind that these one of a kind items have been signed by many cast members, so there will be evidence of handling, including slight smudging or other minor cosmetic issues (that's what makes these Posters so special!).
For that reason, replacements are only provided if you receive an Poster different than what was purchased, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated in the listing and this policy. You must contact us at homeluxury@hotmail.com to report the defect or damage within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment (it's helpful if you can attach a digital image). We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address by electronic mail within three (3) business days of your claim.
Important: Shipping and handling charges for returning Posters are borne by the buyer. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we suggest that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise. Upon receiving the returned Poster we will send you a replacement from the same show (or refund if out of stock) within three (3) business days at our expense via the same delivery method as your first shipment.
Of course, we will honor any State or Local refund policy that differs from ours upon providing us with a written copy of the statute. We appreciate your understanding regarding these uniquely valuable Posters.
