TERMS OF SERVICE
Hometown Classic knows you want you to receive your item(s) as soon as possible. Paying on-line can sometimes be a frustrating experience for some, especially if you have never done it before. Understand that we have been there too. To make your buying experience go as smooth as possible, we ask that you read all of our policies. We know that flexibility in payment is the key to a pleasant shopping experience. We want you to come back and shop with us in the future, so we give you TWO (2) business days to make payment arrangements with us. We also give SEVEN (7) business days after winning a bid or purchasing an item to get us the payment. However, we ask that you understand that your item(s) cannot be shipped until we have received cleared payment.

Our commitment to you is to package all our items with great care. All expenses for packing materials, handling fees, and postage are calculated to save you money. Our packaging may not be the prettiest, but they are packaged to get the item to you safely. Items are shipped the next business day after payment is clear. Handling fees are reasonable and will never amount to much more than packaging materials and/or delivery fees. All items with a retail value of more than $100 have mandatory insurance. Packages do get lost and broken and insurance is the best way to make sure that our valuable customers never lose. Your package will be shipped with a confirmation number or Customs number. We will do everything possible to assist you in locating packages lost or damaged during shipment.
Customer satisfaction is the first and greatest concern here at Hometown Auction. If an item is new, you have three (3) business days to return unopened, unused items to us for an exchange if available or refund of the purchase price less a 15-25% restocking fee. Any noted use and/or damage to items will be deducted from final refund. The item must be in its original packaging and return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. We ask that you understand before bidding or buying that if the item is described as used, it is being sold AS IS and there are no refunds, no returns. The item(s) are described as accurate as possible. If you have any questions, please ask them by emailing us at hometownclassic@gmail.com BEFORE bidding or purchasing. We will make every effort to resolve any issues to the satisfaction of both parties. Occasionally an item purchase at auction is out of stock. You have the option of placing the item on back order and it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Items on back order typically become available in 30 days or less. You may also request a refund or credit. Credit must me used in Hometown Classic Ebay Store.

Our products may vary, from purses, video games, crafts, and sports memorabilia. But our commitment to quality never does. If the product is something we would not personally own, we won’t sell it. No compromise, no way!
