| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we do combine shipping costs. We can only combine items that have not been paid for. We will send you a combined invoice for all items won on eBay. Once an item has been paid for it can not longer be combined with other eBay items. Thanks. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship items with UPS Ground within 1-2 business days after verified payment. Most items will arrive within 3-5 days after leaving our warehouse. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We do ship Standard Ground to Canada. We cannot ship larger LTL items that need to ship Truck to Canada at this time. |
