It appears that ebay does not codone all types of payments from the buyer.  ebay says that after Jan. 15th, 2009 that sellers cannot list items that state the seller will accept checks, money orders, or Western Union.  If you have a problem with this ebay policy, I encourage you to let ebay know.

I pay the shipping charges which include postage, tracking number, and insurance.  I ship USPS parcel post/first class mail.  For USA locations, I will ship USPS Priority Mail if you want to pay for this.

Outside the USA, I will ship USPS Priority Mail if available or whatever shipping the buyer requests and at the buyers cost.
