General Return and Exchange Policy
You must contact us via customersupport@hookeduptackle.com or (888)
518-8780 before you return any products back to us. You may return and
exchange new and unused items purchased from Hooked Up Tackle within 30
days of delivery for a full refund.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay
the return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR error (e.g.
wrong item shipped and product damaged on arrival). If you order something
that doesn’t fit or you change your mind you will be responsible for all
shipping fees. We will email you a return shipping label that you can
easily print and place on the return package.
Refunds will be issued after Hooked Up Tackle receives the return product
and evaluates that the product has not been used or damaged. We want you
to be happy with your purchase and will do everything reasonable to make
you happy and go out of our way to make sure you are satisfied with your
purchase.
If you return your order we will file a dispute with eBay just to help us
get our eBay fees for that sale back from eBay. Nothing negative
will happen on your account.
