I take packaging very seriously. I have no formal return policy and as such eBay demands clear and accurate descriptions. If an item is received and is significantly different than described I will work with you towards a satisfactory outcome for you. Do not return an item without my prior approval. I no longer offer insurance as an option as eBay has eliminated that feature. Insurance is now built into my shipping cost. I ship within 5 working days but usually sooner.
