| A:If you wish return for exchange or refund for reason other than error, Will refund the purchase price if returned within the first seven days of purchase date less S&H charges and 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Clothing products that have been used, washed or damaged will not be eligible. |

| A:with USPS Parcel Post shipping usually 2-10 days so be patient if you use this service. Priority shipping is usually 2 to 3 days any destination USA. UPS usually 1 to 6 days. Thanks for shopping with Hoosier Trader. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We are sorry but have to add a handling charge to Hoosier Trader sales which will help cover the cost of shipping materials, i.e. peanuts, boxes, tape, foam, etc. The charge will be $1.00. Thanks for understanding. This will be included in your estimate of shipping charge shown. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we ship internationally to any area except when government restrictions keep us from doing so. Also some countries have restrictions on importing certain items and we obey all those restrictions. So if it is allowed we will ship there. We welcome our partners around the world and welcome them to Hoosier Trader both on our Auction and Stores. |
| Q:Is my package insured? |

| A:If you use any of the USPS U.S. postal service shipping methods you need to purchase insurance to protect your package and the rate for USPS insurance is $1.35 for first $50. We can not help you file a claim for your package if not insured. UPS is insured up to $100.00 and over that a charge would be paid. |
