1. How fast will you ship my item if I win?
Very Fast! We usually ship within 12-36 hours of payment received (Monday - Friday) Weekend orders get sent out on Monday morning.
2. Are you flexible on pricing?
Our prices are usually close to wholesale cost, therefore it is usually impossible for our prices to have flexibility. Look out though for Best offer options on some listings for great deals!
3. Can taxes be avoided when shipping to my country? Will I have to pay import taxes?
You probably will have to pay import taxes, and we have no control over that. You can call your local customs office to see how much the taxes will be. E-bay policy on this is very strict and does not let us declare a lower value then the actual item cost.
4. How long will it take to arrive?
In the USA it usually takes about 3-6 business days for your shipment to arrive. For international shipments, it depends on the shipping method FCM international uaually takes 10-22 days for delivery, and Express mail international takes 6-10 days, but can take longer if your local customs office holds the package for inspection. I ship within one business day if the item is paid for early enough in the day.
5. What is the cost of shipping?
Please click on the "Shipping and Payment" tab on the auction page, and the cost of shipping should be automatically calculated for you based on your location. If the price is not shown there, then the item is too big or heavy to ship to you, or I do not ship to your country.
6. Will you send me a tracking number when the item ships?
Yes. As soon as the label is printed, you will be instantly emailed the tracking number. Usually the tracking number will be activated that evening, so if you can't track it immediately, wait until the next day.
7. Will you ship to a different address?
Sure, just email me first for confirmation that I can ship to that address.
8. What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Authorize.net.
9. What does New (Other) Mean?
It usually means that the item has been in our warehouse for a while and the cosmetic condition of the packaging is not the best (i.e. ripped packaging, open box etc.). The item itself is usually in great condition (unless listed otherwise).
