| A:The Horizon Comics Risk-Free Guarantee offers true peace of mind: If you are unhappy with your items - for any reason - we will provide either an exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. We'll even pay the return shipping costs. Just send us an e-mail if you have any problems and we'll make it right. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Absolutely! Our Domestic rate is $4.95 for unlimited comics and we ship via First Class or Priority Mail depending upon the weight of the package. If you get overcharged just ask us for a revised invoice and we'll adjust the shipping (we always refund overpayments). International rates start at $11 to Canada and $13 overseas, for up to 12 comics. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:FAST. Domestic Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days and International orders generally take 6-10 business days. Tracking information is provided free of charge on all domestic orders but is not available for international shipments. Orders with New Release or Preorder items are shipped within 24 hours of the Release date. |
