Customs Restrictions

Horizon Datacom Solutions, Inc. can not be responsible for any customs restrictions that apply in countries outside the United States.
If for any reason your shipment is to be seized by Customs Officials, we can not issue a refund until all equipment is returned in its original packaging. If the shipment is returned you, the customer, are still responsible for all shipping charges.
If you have any doubts concerning the accessibility of your order to your country, it is your responsibility to inquire whether the products you order are illegal to import into your country.

Fees & Taxes

You, the customer, are solely responsible for any duties, fees and taxes that may apply to the shipment of all products to your country. By Federal Law, Horizon Datacom Solutions, Inc. is obligated to list the entire amount of sale on the customs form and also a description of the contents. All taxes and fees are solely determined via your own country's tax authority and in no way do we collect, pay, or profit from these charges. These costs usually vary from country to country and are usually based on the insured amount of the order.
If your shipment has been received by your customs office and you do refuse to pay all duties, fees and taxes that shipment will be returned to Horizon Datacom Solutions, Inc. and you, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping fees. Also any fees that we may incur to refund your purchase to you in this situation will be deducted from the proceeds. |
