Q.) How do I get a shipping quote?
A.) To get a shipping quote you MUST provide us with a Zip/Postal code and city name. You must also specify exactly how many or the quantity you are looking to buy so we can give you a precise shipping quote.

Q.) Do you offer free shipping?
A.) We offer free shipping on many of our items with "Buy It Now" to anyone in the continental USA only, unless the auction specifies otherwise.

Q.) I live outside of the Continental US (CONUS) can I still get free shipping?
A.) No, this does not include Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, VIrgin Islands, etc) Canada and all other countries must get a shipping quote prior to bidding.

Q.) If I get free shipping can I select what service I want to use?
A.) Free shipping is done through FedEx Ground only. If you would like to use another service then shipping charges will apply in full.

Q.) Do you provide tracking numbers?
A.) Tracking numbers are always provided once the item(s) have been scheduled for pick up in the evening.

Q.) My country charges taxes and duties, who is responsible for paying them?
A.) You the buyer are responsible for paying any and all taxes and duties incurred payable to the carrier.

Q.) Can you alter the value of the declarations form so I don't have to pay as much in taxes?
A.) No, We will not alter or adjust the form for you to avoid taxes so please don't ask.

Q.) Will you mark the item(s) as a "Sample or Gift" on the commercial invoice?
A.) No.

Q.) How long will my order take to ship?
A.) Some order may ship same day depending on time and quantity others usually take at least 1 or 2 business day before leaving the warehouse.

Q.) What shipping services do you use?
A.) We ship with all FedEx Services' we will ship with UPS/DHL but only on a provided shipping account. USPS is used at our discretion for international orders only.
