| A:Buyer pays for return shipping. Item must be in original NEW condition. If item is personalized, no refund is available unless item is defective, and then item will be replaced free. Refund will be for final value only. Shipping and handling is not refundable. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, I use calculated s&h -- You will pay for actual shipping cost by combined weight plus a $2.00 handling fee for the first item. Each additional item will not have a handling fee. Feel free to email me for combined shipping cost quote before buying. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Lighter items ship First Class Mail unless you choose Priority Mail option. Bulker and heavier items will ship via Priority Mail. All packages come with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional. Example of shipping time: Package shipped to CA via Priority Mail should arrive 3 days after shipment. |

| A:You pay calculated shipping by weight and a $2 Handling fee for the first item. Save money by ordering more than one item. All items after the first have no handling fee! Please keep in mind that I pay a minimum of $3.00 in fees to sell the cheapest item I list. I pay that for every single item. I do not receive a discount for selling mulitiples. |
