About us
Hospitality Quality was established in 2010 by Rita and Anthony Mulhall to initially sell light catering equipment and chef’s clothing hence it was named HospitalityQuality to reflect this market sector and we then branched into marketing original, unique high quality gift items which we design and assemble in house in our home town of Durham City in the UK. Our initial range of fridge magnets, drinks coasters, make-up mirrors etc. are sourced from UK manufacturers and then our unique designs which include, TV and Film Stars, dog breeds, fashion items, luxury car themes and other popular topics and are printed and inserted into the products.
In 2018 we purchased equipment to enable us to extend our range of gift items to include mugs, re-usable water bottles etc. which also gave us the ability to personalise these products which gives the buyers the ability to make their gift personal to the recipient. From this we have developed HQ Gift Ideas specialising in Military Gifts.
