How long will it take for my item to ship?
Most items ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. As soon as your order ships you will be notified. Tracking numbers are now available on every shipment. All listings have their correct shipping terms and policies.

What types of shipping methods do you use?
We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS.
All shipping information is accurate on each item's eBay listing.

Can I get expedited shipping?
At this time we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests unless otherwise noted in listing.

Where can I view return policies?
All items have their respective return policy given in their listing.
Many new items must be returned in the same condition as you received. 7 day return policies are available on most items so you can be sure you are getting the item exactly as advertised. I will not accept returns unless the item is damaged, malfuntioned, or not as advertised. No buyer remorse will be accepted.

Where are you located? Do you have an actual store I can visit?
We recently just closed our store in NJ to focus more on our eBay and web store. We also have an off-eBay store and sell on other on-line accounts.

Do you ship Internationally?
We do offer some of our products with global shipping but most of our items will only ship within the United States.

Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses?
Depending on the shipping method shown in the eBay listing. UPS & FedEx will only ship to physical addresses while the USPS will ship to P.O. boxes and physical addresses.

Why do some listings say "Suppliers Warehouse, USA" and others come from New Jersey?
While I owned my physical store in NJ I worked with many suppliers from all across the USA to get new items for my store. Since I closed my store I still work with them to access the same items I sold in my physical store. They stock and ship items from their warehouses. These suppliers and wholesalers are the same ones that provide all major retail stores in the country so you can be sure of the same authenticity of each item I feature. All items coming from NJ is from my own warehouse.
