Excellent seller. As has been stated many times, the package was wrapped as if it was going to Fort Knox. I had a minor problem, but that was resolved by wiping the printer drum and the cartridge clean. Before that, a line was appearing on the printed copy, but that turned out to a non-issue. I'm very pleased with this printer and can recommend the seller without any reservations. Delivery was also very quick, less than a week.

Most intense packaging I have ever encountered in my 73 year existence! I could have probably used a jack hammer to open both the outer and inner box! You certainly took the time in every aspect of packaging! I have installed all 4 toners, (noticing that they were original Brother) and all is as stated in the eBay ad.
