Very rarely we have to cancel orders because of the following:
- Some of the products that we sell are marked refurbished, and might come up as DOA during screening.
- We sell our products not only through ebay.com, but also through other various retail avenues and cannot always guarantee the item will be in stock when purchased, even if the quantity displayed shows items are available. This overlap happens very rarely as we keep the dedicated amount of inventory for eBay sales.
- When buying products from our vendors, we try to get as accurate count of the product as possible, but mistakes, although very unlikely, are possible. In case of the cancellation, we will notify you and refund your payment within processing period or sooner.
