I have not received the items I ordered from this company as of todays date 10/27/23, which is a fell two day longer than the delivery dated of 10/25/23 as promised. I have received NO NOTICE that the items were shipped. In addition, company representative did not respond to several messages sent after they charged my credit card. At a minimum this is unethical and an extremely unsatisfactory way to conduct business, at its worse, this is straight up fraud!

This buyer asked for a discount, as they are old and on a fixed income, I was feeling generous, so I gave them a discount. After clearly not reading the listing that all my caps are custom made to order, he asked if I could expedite his order. I missed the ship date by 2 days and this is his feedback, a little over the top. Why is it always the guy who wants a discount, expects everyone to drop their life for them, are always the worst customers. Next time, try kindness, it goes a long way.

The flat center caps are of excellent quality and finish. The only complaints I have is the fact it took 3 weeks longer than the expected delivery dates. A full 2 months from the time I ordered them and it would take 3-4 days for the company to respond to your questions regarding the order. I would recommend that they make up 5-10 sets and have the auction for parts already fabricated. I would buy again, I just wish the lead time wasn’t as long
