Exchange & RMA Information:
* Buyer has 7 days to request an RMA Number for a defective part.
* Buyer will submit a RMA Request at http://www.idoauction.com/rma.htm.
* Buyer will receive a RMA Processing Email. The .pdf form will be printed out, signed and sent back with Product.
* All Return information for shipping will be included on the RMA processing form.
* If the Item is defective, IDOAUCTION will send another part to buyer, once we receive the defective part back.
* If the Item is defective, IDOAUCTION will replace the item if available.If item is out of stock, buyer will be refunded.
* If the Item is damaged or dismantled, after being sent back to us, buyer will send for item so we do not incur unnecessary shipping costs.
* If the item is not defective, buyer will incur a 30% restocking fee.
